Privacy Policy

Supra Size Chart (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a Shopify app that helps merchants create and display size charts. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We designed the App to hold as little data as possible.

Data we store

• Store record: your myshopify domain, basic shop details returned by Shopify, your app subscription status, and app configuration (default display mode, heading, spacing).
• Assignment rules: which chart is mapped to which collection, product type, vendor, tag, or product, so we can apply and update them.
• Session tokens: the offline access token Shopify issues so the App can call the Shopify API on your behalf.

Data we do NOT collect

The App does not collect, store, or process any personal data about your customers/shoppers. Size charts contain sizing information only.

Where your size charts live

Your size charts are stored as metaobjects inside your own Shopify store, and referenced from products via a metafield. This means you own the data. If you uninstall the App, your charts remain in your store, and you can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time.

How we use data

Solely to operate the App: to render your charts, apply assignment rules, and manage your subscription. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Data retention & deletion

When you uninstall the App, we mark your store as uninstalled and stop processing. In line with Shopify’s requirements, when we receive a shop/redact request (48 hours after uninstall) we permanently delete the App’s records for your store. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Subprocessors

We host the App on our own infrastructure and use MongoDB to store the records described above. We use Shopify’s APIs to read/write the metaobjects and metafields in your store.
